What they say about us

We at SAPROPERTY.COM, have the pleasure in dealing with iSiKolo for a number of years now. All our agents who have gone for training only have the highest regards for the facilitators and staff at iSiKolo as the friendliness and assistance they provide goes above and beyond.  We would highly recommend iSiKolo as your training provider as we know you will not be disappointed in their service.

Completing my logbook and NQF4 with iSiKolo was a breeze. Salma and Charlene came with years of real estate experience and were able to provide us with personal examples throughout the sessions often deciphering the somewhat daunting EAAB study guide.  The modules were grouped in a way that challenged you but also linked the material creating the correct thought path needed when dealing with actual sales transactions.  I am very excited to start my NQF5 training with them next month and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to pursue a career in real estate.

Rume Weeks | Realtors International

Their course is very applicable to the industry and the opportunities it creates are endless.  Not only do you gain invaluable knowledge from experienced insiders in real estate, you also get support on a personal level. We cannot thank Salma and her dynamic team enough for their quick, efficient service.

Salma le Roux of iSiKolo – School of Learning has been Bergzich Properties “go-to” training service provider since I started in the business in 2007.  I have completed my NQF5, PPRE and MPRE successfully, all with the direct intervention of Salma le Roux. I have also recommended, without hesitation, their services to agents both within our business as well as outside.

RPL vs Full Training Programme

Understanding the difference between the 2 methodologies to obtain the mandatory NQF4 REAL ESTATE qualification Recognition of Prior Learning Therefore the methodology assumes that you have experience and knowledge in your field- hence no training is provided by the provider. There will usually be a short information session followed with a schedule of dates and a limited time period in which you have to hand in a portfolio to be assessed. If you have no previous experience in real estate…

Consumer Article | Be informed when dealing with a real estate practitioner

From the pen of iSiKOLO    Consumers need to be informed when dealing with a real estate practitioner.
