NQF5 FULL PROGRAMME OUTLINE
The National Certificate in Real Estate is an NQF registered qualification (SAQA Reg. No 20188) Level 5.
This Qualification builds on the skills gained in the NQF4 qualification the aim is to provide a consolidation of broad knowledge, skills and values required to be a principal in the property/real estate industry.
With effect 15 July 2008, as per Regulations 633 of the Estate Agency Act of 1976, All persons wishing to register as principal estate agents must be certificated against both the NQF Level 4 and the NQF Level 5 before a principal’s fidelity fund certificate, authorising them to conduct activities as a principal estate agent, can be issued to them by the EAAB.
